Our Story
From humble beginnings to a center of excellence
The Centre for Emerging Sciences, Engineering & Technology (CESET) was established in 2011 as a National Project of the Science & Engineering Trust (SET). Founded with a clear mission to create a knowledge economy tailored to national needs, CESET has grown into one of Islamabad's premier educational institutions.
Our vision focuses on Human Resource Development for the broader objectives of scientific and technological advancement. We recognized the gap in inter- and cross-disciplinary programs in Pakistan's higher education landscape, particularly in emerging sciences and engineering fields.
Over the past 14 years, CESET has educated thousands of students, published hundreds of research papers, and established strong partnerships with industry and academia. Our graduates are working in leading technology companies, pursuing advanced degrees internationally, and contributing to Pakistan's economic growth.
